Physical Therapist - Clinic Director
David is a 1997 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. David has focused his career on orthopedics and sports medicine at Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center. David is well respected for his knowledge and dedication to the treatment of orthopedic and athletic injuries. He remains extremely involved in local high school and college athletics. David remains very active in the Farmington community and donates his time to many organizations Among those, he remains involved with the Farmington Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Board of Directors (currently 1st Vice-President). He also serves on the Focus Board at Ozarks Federal Savings and Loan. David also received the 2004 Paula Gober award for Outstanding Management. He has been a life-long resident of Farmington and is also a graduate of Farmington High School. He is dedicated to providing quality care to the citizens of the area and giving back to the community that has given him so much.
Office Manager
Rhonda has provided the friendly voice and heartfelt smile when you call or stop by Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center for over five years. Rhonda graduated from Mineral Area College with a degree in business administration and computers. She is a very devoted employee who is dedicated in the patient first philosophy. She is very organized and thoroughly enjoys her job.
Occupational Therapist
Pam graduated in 1999 from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She also holds a Master of Education in Counseling. Pam is currently specializing in the area of hand rehabilitation, although she has experience working with a variety of conditions in the outpatient setting. She has also received specialized training in industrial medicine and ergonomics through the Matheson Ergonomic Certification Program. Pam remains involved in local high school and college athletics. She is very friendly and outgoing and genuinely enjoys working with her patients.
Office Assistant
Michele joined the staff in 2003. She brings much medical office experience to the clinic. She is a very positive and uplifting person that brings a smile to all she is around. Michele was awarded the 2004 9/11 Lights of Excellence Award for her dedication following her battle with breast cancer.
Physical Therapist
Cherie is a 2001 graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, and received her doctorate of physical therapy from Boston University in 2007. Her primary focus has been the general orthopedic population but she also has experience in pediatrics and home health. Cherie also specializes in women’s health, a program for pelvic pain and urinary incontinence. She enjoys being involved with the community and has served in various roles, including as the Treasurer for the Southeastern district of the Missouri Physical Therapy Association. Cherie has a great enthusiasm for her profession and is dedicated to providing good quality of care to all her patients.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Ella graduated in 1997 from St. Louis Community College – Meramec with an Associates of Applied Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has dedicated her career to Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center where she has been employed for over 15 years, initially working as a technician and currently as a physical therapist assistant. Ella’s primary focus has been outpatient rehabilitation but she has practiced in the nursing home, hospital inpatient, and industrial medicine setting as well. Ella enjoys working with patients of all ages and is genuinely concerned with their outcomes.

Kyle has been with Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center since graduating from St. Louis Community College – Meramec with an Associates of Applied Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2005. She previously graduated from Central Methodist College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. She is also a 2000 graduate of Farmington High School. Kyle brings much enthusiasm and compassion to her patients. She is looking forward to a rewarding career giving back to her hometown community.

Jackie brings over 20 years of physical therapy experience to Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center. She is very devoted and enjoys bringing much care and kindness to our patients.
Physical Therapist
Bob is a 1989 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia where he received a Bachelor of Health Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Bob has specialized his career in treatment of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He brings years of experience as a physical therapist, director, and even as an owner of his own private practice. Bob has also been recently certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. Bob is an accomplished clinician who brings much care and devotion to this patients.

Lisa is a 1987 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia. She has been involved with Farmington Sports and Rehabilitation Center since its inception in 1989-1990. Lisa has focused her career in a wide array of specialties, including extensive training in hand and industrial rehabilitation. She has received training in industrial rehabilitation through the advanced programs offered at the Matheson Institute. She is currently completing her certification as a functional capacity evaluator. Lisa is an extremely accomplished clinician and is well-respected by her colleagues. She is a very devoted therapist who brings much care and compassion to her patients.
